Story • 2022 - current

Oblivion

A high-fantasy series about legacy, mythic conflict, and a young hero drawn into the fate of Aarda after an ancient darkness returns. Built as a long-form world with character-driven lore, symbolic weapons, and layered history.

Exiled and haunted by guilt, John - the estranged adoptive son of the legendary shooter Jake - returns to the League of Shooters in search of redemption after his accidental murder of Jake. Driven by a desire to reclaim his father's legacy, John must confront his past, overcome his self-doubt, and face the corrupted league as he discovers what his sister's hands played in their father's death.

Forever Cry

In a dystopian future of Russia in the 1960s, Russia is now ruled by the NCR or New Communist Regime. When citizens returned from the war a new mental illness returned with them. In a 'We Happy Few' inspired story, follow Nikolai Solokov as he tries to escape his country while dealing with the side effects of this illness.

Game • Lore & World-building

Unreal Project Titan

Wrote lore, world-building, and concept art for an international game jam held by Epic Games. Working with writers and modellers, I helped create aspects of the in-game world.

Character • Oblivion

Abaddon

A fallen mythic antagonist whose presence shapes the conflict of Aarda through control, corruption, and fear. His profile focuses on antagonist design, symbolic contrast, and the pressure a world-scale threat places on every hero around him.

Character • Oblivion

Gryff Valentine

A young hero tied to a royal bloodline and a dangerous inherited weapon. Gryff's public profile focuses on visual identity, courage under pressure, and the tension between self-discovery and inherited responsibility.

Character • Oblivion

Ashante

A mythic death figure designed as a solemn guide rather than a simple threat. Ashante brings a quieter, spiritual layer to the worldbuilding, connecting the setting's ideas of souls, ritual, consequence, and mercy.

Artifact • Oblivion

Cupid's Bane

A legendary broken blade connected to inheritance, memory, and the burden of power in the Valentine bloodline. This artifact profile looks at how weapon lore can carry character identity without revealing late-story twists.

Character • Forever Cry

Nikolai Sokolov

Born into the harsh dystopian future of the NCR or New Communist Regime, Nikolai begins to show signs of the new mental illness. Set to exterminate it, Nikolai must escape the authorities and flee Russia lest he end up like his parents.

Character • Crimson Exile

John Brakeford

John is a man burdened by guilt, haunted by the accidental death of his adoptive father Jake. Returning to the League of Shooters, he seeks redemption - determined to uncover the truth behind his father's death and confront the sister who betrayed him.

Character • Crimson Exile

Myril Brakeford

Myril, John's adoptive sister and the ruthless leader of the League of Shooters, orchestrated Jake's death to seize power. Fuelled by jealousy and ambition, she manipulates the league for control, using fear and corruption to maintain her grip.

Hell's Gate

In creating a procedural game, I designed a procedural narrative system that, dependent on player choices and environmental factors, would generate different gameplay mechanics and story outcomes.
